Michael Bronfman brings over 14 years of experience in applied machine learning, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and 3D graphics. He attended Harvard University, where he studied Computer Science and Philosophy. Mr. Bronfman was a founding member of Meta Glasses, the first commercially available AR headset, and contributed to transformative advancements at Luminar Technologies ($LAZR). Currently, he serves as the CEO of Sandbox Technologies, where he leads innovation at the intersection of spatial computing and artificial intelligence.

David Braccia brings nearly a decade of experience in investment banking and private equity. Previously, he was a Vice President at Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager. Prior to Blackstone, he started his career in the investment banking division of RBC Capital Markets. He is a graduate of New York university. Mr. Braccia holds Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
